We have our 6th Annual “Blessing of the Fleet” coming up on Palm Sunday, the 13th of April. at 2 o’clock All boat owners and operators are encouraged to participate – whether as club members or not. Get the word out!Plus, Bob McCarty will be demonstrating his aqua aerobics on his water-jet go faster…
Following the Blessing, we will adjourn over to Tom and Pat’s Tiki Bar for a unified good time and Tom’s demonstrated “Finest Kind” Bar-B-Que expertise. All attendees are asked to bring side dishes, or desserts. and own unusual libations. Boat parking will prove necessary to Breast out. Remember to stay clear of the Dragon Lady’s dock!
This year our “Blessors” consist of Fr. George Pence (St. Paul’s Episcopal) Fr. Jared (St. Monica’s Catholic) and Pastor John Shafer (St. James (independent) Methodist Church. As you may note by the attached flyers, ALL local clergy are invited to participate.
